UK Mainland Delivery Costs
We offer either an Express delivery service for smaller items or a 2 man delivery service for larger furniture items.
Express UK Delivery
Delivery charges range from Free - £29 depending on the item. The price of delivery is marked clearly on the product page. Deliveries are made by a tracked parcel service and usually take between 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched with a tracking number. Once dispatched you will receive delivery updates by text or email from the courier.
2 Man Delivery
For larger furniture items we use a specialist 2 man furniture courier.
The price of this service is fixed at £39, and usually takes 7 working days. The furniture courier will call you a few days after your order has been placed to arrange a delivery date and time.

Our delivery charges are capped at £39 so no matter how many items you order, you will never have to pay more than £39.
Northern Ireland and Channel Islands
We are only able to deliver smaller items of furniture for a fixed cost of £25. Delivery takes 5-7 working days.
Unfortunately we do not deliver larger items of furniture which require a 2 man delivery service.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We may be able to deliver to your location. If you require international delivery, please email shop@fernandgrey with details of the item(s) you are interested in as well as your address and one of our team will get back to you.
Will my item be delivered to my door or to my room? Will it be assembled?
Our Express delivery service will deliver your item to your front door only (for apartment blocks or flats, this will be the main building door on ground level).
Our 2 man delivery service will deliver your item to the room of your choice.
Some items will already be delivered built up however for items that require assembly (see product page for details), this will need to be done yourself or by an external company.
Please make sure that you check your order will fit into your home prior to delivery, as we are unable to refund delivery charges for items that are unable to be delivered due to size issues.
If I order more than 1 item, will they Deliver at the same time?
If you have ordered items with varying dispatch dates we normally wait until all your items are in stock before delivering them to you. If you would like to receive some items sooner, please email us at email@example.com. A delivery sucharge may apply in these cases.
Delivery address changes
If you wish to make a change to your Delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to change delivery address, we will have to charge you for redelivery.
You are able to cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will refund you the price of the order less the delivery/return charges.
What if I miss my delivery?
Express delivery- a 'missed delivery' card will be left at your residence and your item returned to the local courier depot. Please contact the telephone number on the card to arrange for redelivery.
2 man service- Our delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a date and time for delivery. If you happen to not be at home at the pre arranged time, delivery can be re-arranged however this will incur another delivery cost of £39.
